Founder's Message:
The purpose is to study the teachings of yoga to learn to apply
them in daily life. We will begin with a general introduction
suitable for anyone regardless of previous knowledge. We will
then study Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Narada's Bhakti Sutras and
the Vijnana-bhairava. With each sutra is a Sanskrit to English
translation and derivation,a modern commentary and contemplations
to ground the student in their own experience. |
